Monday, News 10 was at the federal prison bright and early in Terre Haute.

Resulted in team coverage continues now with news 10's jordan kudisch.

She's been following the back and forth in the legal system - that resulted in what appears to be this execution moving forward today.

Jordan is live at the federal prison here in terre haute.

Jon - today's execution has been on again, off again for several days.

On friday evening...a federal judge granted an injunction to halt the execution until the coronavirus pandemic is under control.

This is because the family of lee's victims argue they have a "right" to be there for the execution.

But doing so puts them in "danger."

The d-o-j filed an "emergency motion" saturday claiming the work to "prepare" for "today'"s execution has "already" been done and "canno be easily "undone."

The "d-o-j" won that appeal.

But as of this hour - daniel lewis lee's execution is "set" to "go" forward this afternoon.

The d-o-j "also" shared this plan -- in regard to protesting.

Those "for" capital punishment will meet at voorhees park.

Those "against" capital punishment will meet at the fairgrounds.

Processing for demonstrators starts at noon.

No one will be processed after 1:30 p.m.

The demonstrators will be bussed to the correctional facility.

Officials will give everyone a mask during processing.

Demonstrators are subject to covid-19 screening... including a temperature check.

Officials could remove violators.

We will have more updates for you at news 10 at midday.
