L3: nation view white campaign shakeup despite boasting that his campaign is doing much better than the media reports, today, president trump shaking up his campaign just a month before his convention.

With just over 100 days until election day, he's demoting long-time campaign manager brad parscale.

Parscale will return to running the digital operation and bill stepien is taking the top job.

Stepien - someone the president is very comfortable with.

He was the white house political director and involved with the 2016 campaign.

The shakeup comes amid lagging poll numbers.

Something the president was asked about tuesday.

Do you see yourself as the underdog in this race?

Do you see yourself losing in the fall?

Trump: no i don't.

I think we have really good poll numbers.

But several recent polls tell a different story.

Many have him down double digits both nationally and in key s states to former vice president joe biden.

This quinnipiac poll has him down 15 points.

Sot: i think that the enthusiasm now is greater and may be far greater than it was in 2016.

Crowd size at events has long been an important barometer for the president-though that doesn't necessarily correlate with winning elections.

At his june rally in tulsa, oklahoma - parscale promising an overflow crowd, but delivering an arena only on-third full - something that reportedly infuriated president trump.

The president also facing criticism from state leaders in his own party over his coronavirus response: maryland's republican gov.

The biden campaign jumping on today's news saying "almost 140,000 americans have lost their lives and millions more have lost their jobs because of donald trump's failed leadership?

The trump campaign's game of musical chairs won't fix this."

Reporter stand-up close: senior level campaign sources tell abc they were shocked and did not know the change was coming.

I'm james c1 3 your engine's coolant and the coolant system.

Reasons you may want to check your coolant system if you have never done it before, one is if your car has higher mileage, you want to check into that, because over time the coolant will actually degrade, the quality of that coolant will degrade and will actually create issues down the road if left unattended.

One may be, it actually create an issue with the thermostat causing the thermostat to stick open or closed creating a not coming up to temperature issue, or becoming over a certain temperature issue.james o'daniel: two, a quality coolant will help with the seals and the gaskets within your engine to keep those from leaking, allowing coolant to come out.

You can test these with devices that they have on the market today to test the quality ofyoue temperature, or you can bring it into s&s tire and let us do it.james o'daniel: also, if your engines coolant gets low, it can create an issue, not only engine overheating, but it can affect the air conditioning of your vehicle.

Air conditioning also helps to run off that coolant by keeping you cool inside the vehicle, so if your coolants low, your air conditioning is not working properly, and if that's the case, it may be overworking.

If you've never had it inspected, get it inspected today.

Check your manufacturer's recommendations and check it out.

The health department is also reporting another death from the virus.

Even as the number of coronavirus cases... and deaths... keep going up in the state... there is a new challenge to the governor's efforts to stop the spread of the virus.

Abc 36's bobbi mcswain is live in the studio with details once again... it's kentucky's attorney general daniel cameron who is stepping in and trying to block the go9 orders.

Beshear says he will go to the state supreme court to fight any ruling against the orders.

L3: coronavirus outbreak white governor andy beshear (d) kentucky "i'm going to keep fighting no matter what rulings come out because at the end of the day, i feel the weight of life and death.

I don't care what any score is on any decisions, what i care is about how many people we've saved by doing the right thing."

The governor says if the orders were to be ruled out...it would also take away his order expanding workers comp for employees ordered to quarantine.

He says waived co- pays, deductibles, cost sharing and diagnostic testing fees for private insurance would also be at risk.

A decision in the case hasn't come out yet...but is expected today.

But leaders say the retirement of former police chaplain donovan stewart further hurts the department's accountability.

It's an example of how more change is needed.

They want a long overdue sit-down with chief lawrence weathers... permanent ban of no knock warrants..

And a strict body camera policy.

"this isn't solely a black issue this is a justice issue."

Reverend l clark williams was pretty direct when asked about tuesday's march on attorney general daniel cameron's home in louisville.

"certainly we would like for the attorney general to always be mindful that protesting is the language of people who haven't been heard."

They also want more economic opportunities for racial minority owned businesses.

Additionally, they're asking the governor and secretary of state to allow mail-in ballots in november... something the secretary has criticized as being too costly.

"there is no cost that's too great when democracy is at stake."

They want everyone to vote this fall..

In what they call one of the most important elections in the nation's history.
