"we are doing a full investigation into the allegations that she's made despite the fact that many of them that we knowht off the bat are inaccurate.

We're going to do a full investigation and we're going to report to the department of health so that they can do an independent investigation into her allegations as well."

Gendron says all of the facilities are audited by the state department of health,5 to 6 times a year randomly.

Senator joe griffo who saw the video as well says based on nursing home feedback statewide,there are still issues that need to be addressed.

"to me this is an industry issue, right now their are joint hearings happening as we speak today and next week where we are focusing on the nursing home industry.

I personally believe that we need to have dramatic substantive and immediate change in the industry.

Because this is an industry that costs so much but gives so little at the moment.
