The family of a police officer dragged to his death as he tried to stop threethieves have welcomed a review of the jail terms handed to his killers.

PcAndrew Harper’s mother Debbie Adlam told the PA news agency the level of thesentences handed down was “horrible” for his relatives, and “like beingpunched”.
