S-u-v was not hurt.

A pulaski county man will has been cleared of a murder charge... a grand jury decided bobby ross..acted in self defense when he shot and killed one man and wounded another during a fight on his property last month.

Attorneys say three men came onto his property...armed with a machete after he had received a threat.

Ross fired a warning shot..

But he told the grand jury the men kept coming.

And he felt they'd hurt or kill him so he shot them.

No further charges will be filed.
