Kimt new three's jessica bringe joins us live from a rochester polling location with how county workers are handling their first post-pandemic election.

Live norton judges-live vo-2 amy- olmsted county tells me a majority of voters have come prepared with ppe and are even bringing their own pens .

It was a request from election workers in order to lessen the amount of high-touch items. norton judges-live vo-1 olmsted county polling update-live vo-4 there are sixty polling locations throughout olmsted county and elections manager katie smith tells me so far there haven't been any issues during today's primary.

There has been a smaller turnout which is expected for a primary election but it's made even smaller by the fact many voters already cast their absentee ballot.

Smith says thankfully there haven't been any reports of long lines.

So, we're just talking a matter of minutes not any sort of long waits.
