Rhonda chrestman is the owner of snelling staffing and she says her and her staff are working harder during the pandemic.

"recruit harder, lots harder.

Looking for people that want to work instead and draw unemployment."

Chrestman says some people would rather not work and draw unemployment.

"so with the extra money it has put everything at a stand still."

She says others are scared to work during the pandmeic.

"we have to work not even twice as hard but maybe four times as hard."

She says the pandemic has created new jobs that employers would not have thought about months ago.
