Fayette jail cases aug 13 2020

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases at the fayette county jail continues to grow.

According to the lexington division of community corrections... there are now... 71 inmates who have tested positive for covid-19.

That's up eleven from the 60 positives reported on tuesday.

The number of staff members who have tested positive for the virus..

Stands at five.
