With that, we say good evening to you..welcome inside the locker room..alongside my partner petar hood, back in the saddle with me after a week hiatus, my name is justin prince..pete your first locker room as a married man...does it feel any different?

Yeah, good to be back..great weather tonight..and a great slate of games...we've got some big ones in the s-a-c, ne-cc and t-r-c...but we begin tonight with the ne-8...yeah, perhaps the deepest conference in our area this year..lot of teams look like they have what it takes to win it..of course leo and new haven are right at the top of that list..

Both the lions and bulldogs currently ranked top 20 in the state in class 4-a, as they colide tonight in the locker room's game of the week..

???with that, we head out to new haven... bulldogs are 3-0 coming off of a big road win against pioneer... leo comes in at 2-1... that lone loss coming at the hands of top- ranked mooresville..???third quarter... leo up 14-0.... new haven punting.... kaeden miller fielding... breaks a couple tackles, and there he goes.... 72 yards to the purple paint... lions go up 21-0... ???same score, third quarter.... new haven answers.... jakar williams keeps it himself... gets to the outside and eventually finds the endzone... bulldogs are on the board...???but that would be their lone score of the night.... this leo defense has been awful stingy to start the season and that was the case again tonight... matthew bobay in on this tackle for loss..???as the lions roll to the 35-8 win in the locker room's game of the week..

To columbia city.the eagles playing host to huntington north.pick this one up in the second quarter.eagles up big..

But huntington north will cut the defecit.short pass to cam mcarver... lowers the shoulder.

Get off me.he takes it in himself.cuts the defecit to 17 to seven.but the eagles respond.greg bolt takes the snap and throws it deep.double coverage.good defense.... but better offense.the catch by hunter herron puts them in good position.eagles in the red zone now third and short... and bolt does it himself.he says weight room..

Sneaks it into the endzone... and he puts the eagles back up big.

Couple posessions later...bolt over the middle finds garet geiger.columbia city hangs on to this one.

Final score 45-21 penn 30, east noble 24norwell 45, bellmont 0 off to the s-a-c we go... carroll looking to move to 4-0 paying northrop a visit tonight...first drive of the game for the chargers... carroll doing carroll things... jeff becker completes to jameson coverstone for the first down...a few plays later... hunter mertz takes the handoff... he plows his way in from just a couple yards out... carroll goes up seven... northrop would answer... third down and long... keone bates back to pass... and he finds jayden billingsley for the big first down...later in the drive... fourth down and long for the bruins..

And they whip out the trick play... reverse to jayden schmenk... he finds billingsley for the score... northrop down one after the missed extra point...but it was all carroll from there... ensuing touch for the chargers... aiden lazoff takes the handoff and plunges in for the score...carroll rolls to the 52-12 victory... ???to walters satdium.

Homestead playing at home against bishop dwenger.???take you to the fourth quarter.

Homestead up seven... but not for long.

The saints couple yards from the endzone... looks like homestead has them stopped.

But gavin groves does not give up.

Finds the endzone and ties the game seven to seven.

We head to chambers field... north side looking to rebound from their loss to carroll last week taking on wayne...legends up just five at half... but pulled away to start the third... wayne punting... legends pull off the block... they recover... and take over with a short field...and they'd make use of it... ja'suan lambert takes the handoff... gets a little space... but check out the end of this play... look at the late push from the offensive line..

Some big love to the big hogs... pushes lambert in... north side up 27-16... and well things never got better for wayne from there... special teams trouble continued... they fake the punt..

But fumble... lambert recovers... refusing to go down... and somehow arieon mccarter pulls the ball out of the scrum... and he finds his way to the endzone...possible play of the night???

We may find out... legends go up 35-16....they cruise to the 49-22 dub... we head to zollner stadium now... concordia taking on luers tonight... welcome back brandon davis...he was big tonight for the cadets... late first quarter concordia already up 21... davis hooks up with amir drew on the screen for big yardage... that would lead to a field goal..

Concordia up 24...cadets far from done though... second quarter now... still a 24-0 game... davis flushed from the pocket... finds jace parnin... and parnin finds paydirt... concordia up 31...offense came to play but so did the d... brayden payne... bringing the pain... picks off carson clark... gets a little return out of it as well...next drive for the cadets... davis back to pass... hits kam johnson on the slant route for the score...concordia up 38 at half... and that's all the scoring tonight...cadets pitch a shutout... 38-0 the final... over at south side..a speical night for one of the archers' all-time greats...on friday, south side athletics retiring the number 10 jersey, which once belonged to bernard pollard...after an outstanding career with the green and white, pollard went on to earn all-american honors at purdue before playing nine seasons in the n-f-l...he helped lead the baltimore ravens to a super bowl championship in 2013... and now you can add this accomplishment to the list... 3 ???so with pollard on hand, south side looking for its first win of the season tonight... playing host to the snider panthers...???this one was a defensive struggle... pick it up early in the first quatrer... south side trying to build some early momentum offensively... that's xzaevyon hollister with the first down run..???but the drive would stall... south side forced to punt... trevor hapner kicking to kamari juarez... and that's a bad idea... juarez breaks free along the far sideline... finally run out of bounds deep inside archer territory..

???that sets up this score for tyreese brown... panthers jump out to a 7-0 lead...???they go on to win this one by a final of 14-7... ???elsewhere in allen county... beautiful night for football out at heritage... patriots hosting 1-a #2 south adams...???pick this one up second quarter... starfires already up a few touchdowns... chris baker trying to make something happened, but he's picked off by drew stutzman... finally ran out of bounds inside heritage territroy... ???ensuing drive for south adams... james arnold... all day to throw... finds trey schoch across the middle... scoch able to find the pylon... that puts the stars up 42-0...???and they still weren't done... later in the second quarter... this time it's aj dull taking the handoff and finding paydirt... makes it 48-0 south adams...???they move to 4-0 with the 55-8 win... staying in the acac... adams central squaring off with jay county at the landing strip....and the jets took off early in this one... early first quarter... mason deroo takes the handoff and gets to the edge... and in for six... a-c takes a six nothing lead... later in the quarter... still six nothing jets... blake heyerly takes the handoff up the middle... he rumbles his way in for six... and adams central takes the 14-0 lead after the two point conversion...and they were far from done... in the second quarter now... still a 14-0 game... the jets take to the air... ryan black throws one up for nick neuenschwander... he brings it down for the score... a-c takes a 21-0 lead...and they cruise to the 48-7 victory... bluffton 45, woodlan 21 ???we move now to the three rivers conference... big battle between rivals southwood and northfield... ???norseman pulled the upset on the knights in sectionals last year... trying to do the same tonight... second quarter, that's jake halderman hooking up with clayton tomlinson for a touchdown... norse take a one point lead..

???same score third quarter now, here comes southwood... alex farr fakes the handoff... takes it himself for first down yardage...???later in the drive, farr going to the air this time... finds carson rich in the endzone... knights re-take the lead, and they wouldn't give it back..

???southwood wins, 25-8... ???staying in wabash county... apaches celebrating the debut of their brand new turf field tonight against peru...???pick this one up first half... scoreless... joseph leland looking downfield for bryant boggs... but it ends up in the hands of jared brooks for a wabash touchdown... 7-0 apaches..

???later... it's leland looking for boggs again... this time they're able to connect.... six more on the scoreboard for wabash..???they open their new facility in style, 14-10 your final... manchester 41, rochester 14 maconaquah 31, whitko 28 tippy valley 60, north miami 0 we head out to warsaw... bart curtis and the warsaw tigers welcoming mishawaka to town...--------8-0 cavemen early in this one... but tigers march back quickly though with a long drive capped off by a toss to patrick zollinger who finds the end zone.that made it 8-6.

--------cavemen keep the pressure on with their next possession, justin fisher sneaks it in for a score to make it 16-6.--------warsaw drives down the field fast their next drive as this time juan antonio jaramillo rumbles in for the score.tigers end up winning this one in a shootout 40-32 out at jake field... concord hosting wawasee.

The minutemen get on the board early.

To the necc we go... a battle in the small school division between eastside and busco in butler...second quarter no score yet in this one... but this is when the blazers started to take over... laban davis pushes his way in from a couple yards out... eastside takes a six nothing lead...later in the quarter... davis rolling to his right.... finds lane burns in the flat... and burns gonna do the rest... makes a couple guys miss... throws in a spin move to boot... he takes it in for the score... eastside goes up twelve at half...in the third... they'd add some insurance... davis finds tanner huff for the score... blazers take a 19-0 lead...and they pitch the shutout tonight... 26-0 the final... angola 41, west noble 0 fairfield 37, fremont 6 central noble 27, prairie heights 0garrett 39, lakeland 18 3 arieon mccarter scores on blocked punt..
