The members of youth wing of Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) showed black flags to the convoy of Higher Education Minister KT Jaleel during his journey from Malappuram to Thiruvanathapuram, at various locations.
Kerala Police stated, "We have registered a case for stopping the Minister's convoy.
Those behind the incident are being identified.
