Man shot by police in Buffalo on Saturday arraigned on assault, weapon possession charges; officers identified

Henley was arraigned virtually from Erie County Medical Center, where he is receiving treatment.

He is charged with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Both are Class D felonies.
