New details... volunteers with the united methodist disaster relief warehouse are preparing disaster reflief supplies for those who will be affected by hurricane sally.

This morning they sent over 700 buckets of cleaning supples to loxley, alabama.

The supplies include clean up items, box fan air filters, rakes, shovels, and tarpes for damaged homes.

The warehouse director says many of the volunteers have experienced natural disasters.

Last week the united methodist disaster relief warehouse shipped supplies to lafeyette lousiana for those impacted by hurricane laura.

The decatur church of christ is also on stand-by to help those impacted by the storm.

The church's crisis response team said it tries to be in the area where it's most needed 24 hours after severe weather moves through.

If you want to donate supplies - or money to purchase them - you can drop it off at church of christ locations in decatur, hartselle, and priceville.
