The Salinas City Council voted unanimously to approve pursuing an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement (“ENRA”) to purchase the Good Nite Inn Salinas.
The purchase would cost $12 million, but the city is applying for state grants that total more than $6.9 million.
