Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan on September 24 said that the agriculture reform bills which were passed recently in Parliament are 'vardaan for farmers' (gift for farmers) and these bills will double their income and "enemies of farmers" are opposing them.
