An enraged bull trampled a 75-year-old elderly lady in northern India's Haryana on September 27.

The incident took place in Mahendragarh in the National Capital Region of the country.

CCTV footage from the incident shows the woman passing by the bull when it tramples her with its horns.

On hearing her scream, her grandson rushes to the spot, but the bull attacks him too.

He manages to get back up on his feet and tries to pick his grandmother up before the bull attacked both of them again.

A man can then be seen running towards the bull with a stick in his hand to drive it away, but fails.

According to local media, the woman identified as Angoori Devi has suffered a fracture in one of her hands from the incident.

Her grandson, Jatin, was released from the hospital the same day, and Devi was released the following day.

Both have now safely returned home.
