The polls are gearing up to open for the november election.

Early voting in vigo county begins tomorrow.

Set-up happened today at haute city center.

It's one of the early voting locations this year.

The others are... the meadows shopping center basement... and the vigo county annex.

Early voting begins tomorrow morning.

If you "are" voting early... you'll need to be registered to vote!

In indiana... today is the last day you can register.

You can check your information... and make changes... at "indiana voters dot com".

The online deadline is sunday... october 18th.

However... there "is" a grace period.

You can still register at designated locations... through "election day".

With the election...comes people to work the voting polls.

Workers were reminded about social distancing and p-p-e gear... also... serv-pro will be at the polls doing real-time cleaning to keep voters safe.

The vigo county clerk says when you go to the polls... voting will look a little different this year.

"i don't expect anything less when it comes to the social distancing and...it was just a new way to vote this year.

Versus what we've done in the past obvoiusly with the pandemic " newman tells us this will be the most sanitary voting environment we've seen for elections.
