This was all a part of a "topping out" event for a new v-a clinic that's being built.

Veteran health indiana hosted the event.

The new clinic is being constructed on terre haute's east side.

On east bill farr drive for a little more than an hour..

Local vets today personalized the construction beam by adding their autographs.

The new multi-million-dollar clinic is expected to open in the fall of 20-21.

The facility will house primary care and mental health teams. the clinic's expected to serve "10"-thousand area veterans.
