The wildcats came up short at last year's semi-state match against reitz, but the team regrouped for a 4-1 win at this past weekend's semi-state.

I'm not sure ((scott )) we've played better in coming out of a match and it was a quick win from that standpoint.

I was pretty impressed ((wildcats tennis swinging for state title )) by the doubles and then the singles followed right in line so it was a lot of fun.

Jobe- our mindset was that we weren't losing.

We were just going to go in there and play our hardest and whatever happened happened and we played pretty good and that's what happens when you play pretty good, you beat teams. that 2017 team made it all the way to the final match before coming up short, something these seniors remember as freshman and would like to change.
