A Boston man is accused of burning a ballot collection box.

Man has been charged with lighting a fire in a boston ballot drop box and damaging dozens of ballots.

The boston elections department says 122 ballots were in the box when it burned.

It says officials can process 87 of them ... and will mail new ballots to the rest.
