With no end to the Coronavirus Pandemic raging in United States, another grim milestone has been breached.
For the first time US has reported more than 90,000 Coronavirus Cases in 24 hours according to a tally from Johns Hopkins University.
The total tally has soared past 92 lakh mark with 91,295 cases in a single day while 1,021 people succumbed to the deadly virus taking the total death toll to 228,625.
The country's previous record of daily cases was set on Saturday, with 88,973 new infections.
The virus is currently spreading most rampantly in the Midwest.
With just a few days to go until the election, Democrat Joe Biden has made Donald Trump's handling of the health crisis his main attack point against the president.
