éé cbs's chip reid is at the white house.

éé pkg: president trump spent this sunday golfing -- and tweeting up a storm early this morning writing this about president-elect joe biden: 7:47 am he won because the election was rigged.

Critics and even some republican supporters took that to mean that mr. trump was finally admitting that he had lost 09;26;08;15 i expect joe biden to be the next president of the united states.

It was good actually to see president trump tweet out that he won.

But the president soon followed up with another tweet, stating: 9:19 am he only won in the eyes of the fake news media.

I concede nothing!

Rudy giuliani, who's heading the president's team challenging the election results told fox news mr. trump is not backing down is the president right now in this tweet conceding this election?

10:03:17 rg: no, far from it.

What he's saying i guess you would call it sarcastic.

Obviously he is contesting it vigorously in the courts.

But several lawsuits filed by the president and his supporters have already been dismissed by the courts and an election security team in the president's own department of homeland security found this election was "the most secure in american history."

That is just the reality.

Joe biden won the election.

Ron klain, named by president-elect biden to be his white house chief of staff, said today that because mr. biden will become president during a pandemic, the transition must be seamless - and that includes giving the biden team access to the people working on a vaccine.

"we now have the possibility, we need to see if it gets approved, of a vaccine starting perhaps in december, january.

To talk to those people as soon as possible so nothing drops in this change of power."

Tag: in a statement, former white house chief of staff john kelly tells cbs news, quote: it is not about the president or mr. biden.

It is about america and what is best for our people.

Mr. trump should order the transition process begin immediately.

It is the right and moral thing to do.

This week on mom to mom, mandy is whipping up delicious cookies to share with loved ones.

éé intro this week on mom to mom, mandy is whipping up delicious cookies to share with loved ones.

éé it's a simple recipe and they look super tasty.

éé here's mom to mom, take a look.

éé today on mom to mom, we have a fun way to put a smile on your neighbor's faces.

Isn't that cute?

This year, my kids and i really wanted to do something sweet and fun for our neighbors, just to let them know that we care and of course, to put a smile on their face.

When i came across this cookie basket from one good thing, i knew we had to make it.

It's fun and simple and it's made with a paper plate.

All in all.

This should take you about 5-10 minutes and all you really need is a paper plate, some scissors, some fun decorations that you can get at a craft store and tape.

So we're going to go ahead and start assembling this.

What you're going to do is you're going to take your paper plate, you're going to cut, then you're going to fold then you're going to take.

Now you can decorate.

I personally liked this little flower detail along with the ribbon that i found at a craft store.

I created this really cute thank you note, which you can do it however you would like to decorate it.

Once you've got it complete, then you can put the cookies in.

I chose to put the wax paper just because we bake the cookies and sometimes it has oils that come out, we just want to protect the bottom of the basket.

My kids and i delivered this to our neighbor's house and they were so excited, it made their day.

Something about receiving this, receiving our surprise makes it 10 times more delightful.

Tell us how you brighten someone's day.

We would love to hear it.

You could post it to our facebook page and as always, moms we'll see you on the next mom to mom.

It's that time of year the seasons are changing, and that means falling temperatures.

éé but that could also mean you need to perform some maintenance on your car.

éé meteorologist trevor birchett explains in this week's weather whys.

éé many of us are probably guilty of seeing some warning lights on our car's dash and ignoring them...but there's one you really shouldnt ignore.

This symbol is your tire pressure warning light, and it means the air is low in one or more of your car's tires.

Now, this can mean you have a leak in your tire, but more often than not, it comes on when the weather gets colder.

But why is this?

Well, this is one of the fundamental equations of meteorology, the ideal gas law.

Without going too much into it, this equation states that temperatures is directly related to pressure and volume.

So, when the temperature goes down, the volume of the air decreases, and the pressure goes down with it.

In simpler terms, when the temperature goes down, air shrinks and takes up less space.

With the air taking up less space in your tire, you'll need to add air now that the temperatures are getting cold.

Most mechanics recommend a pressure of 32 pounds per square inch in each tire.

But for every 10 degree drop in temperature, you can lose 1 pound per square inch.

Low tire pressure can result in worse gas mileage and poor breaking.

So next time you see this light, stop by the gas station and fill up those tires.

And remember, let me know what you're questions are about the weather!
