Group Offers $10,000 Reward For Information In Shooting Of 5-Year-Old Boy

A community group is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter who wounded a 5-year-old boy last week, when a stray bullet hit him in the head while he was playing on his iPad at home.
