People are still adjusting and a few are becoming more comfortable to shop in person.

Online shopping is gaining popularity, but some still feel the traditional way of shopping is the way to go.

Some shoppers we spoke with say they like to engage with others and actually see and feel what they are buying.

Sot " the customers that do come in they really are a little bit cautious and we understand that; so we try to keep everything clean, we're cleaning all the time and we do have the sanitation up there where they can keep their hands sanitized.

But the biggest thing i say has changed is the feelings that customers are just really uncertain."

So many people that's very much afraid to come in and i don't go far to shop, but this is my main store and i love coming here because they make me feel comfortable."

Employees say it is important to remember to stay "safe" and follow all of the protocols.
