The coroner says the victim was 37- year old deshawn jimerson from washington state.
He was found under an overturned s-u-v in a culvert at winchester and midland november 20th.
Initially investigators thought he was just an accident victim...it was later they realized he had also been shot.
Police ruled jimerson's death a homicide.

The 15-year-old appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court facing a charge of culpable homicide following the incident in Govanhill.
An alleged homicide and subsequent police shooting are under investigation in Queensland.
