Wanted in new york.

Eugene police have made another arrest in connection to the downtown riots.... at the end of may.

19 year old carlos de dios is facing burglary, theft, riot, and other charges.

Kezi nine news reporter connor mccarthy joins us live from washington street and west 7th avenue to break down how many people have been arrested in connection in may's riot.

Matt and renee-- carlos de dios is just the latest suspect to be taken into custody in connection with the riot that caused thousands of dollars in damage to these businesses behind me.

In total-- eugene police have arrested 19 out of the 60 suspects that were announced in june.

Most of those arrested have been people in their late teens to late twenties.

Out of the 19-- our reporting shows at least five have been sentenced.

20-year old joseph kashkash pleaded guilty to attempted robbery and riot in september... and will spend more than three years in prison.

18-year-old adrianya delatorre pleaded guilty to riot-- burglary and theft charges.

She was credited for time served, seven days in jail... and is on three years of probation.

The other three received shorter sentences.

Matt and renee-- i did reach out to eugene police for comment but they declined because this is still an active investigation.

I did look up to see when de dios will be in court-- and he's not in the system quite yet.
