Stumping for two Democratic candidates in Georgia's U.S. Senate runoff election, U.S. President-elect Joe Biden on Monday said the GOP candidates, Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, "think they've sworn an oath to Donald Trump, not to the United States Constitution."
