Siege was 'in the name of the Donald Trump': Rep. Cicilline

Democratic Congressman David Cicilline railed against President Donald Trump on Wednesday ahead of Trump's second impeachment vote in the House and said Trump supporters who stormed the Capitol last Wednesday "answered his call for insurrection."
