The visiting foreign envoys arrived at Magam block in Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district on February 17.
They were briefed on Panchayati Raj and grievance redressal through Back to Villages and Block, thus elaborating how the administration reaches the doorstep of people.
The delegation also interacted with the locals in Budgam.
French envoy Emmanuel Lenain and Italian envoy Vincenzo de Luca interacted with the locals in Magam block of Budgam.
A batch of foreign envoys from 24 nations is visiting the union territory.
