In-person ins ... the department says it's in response to a bill just signed into law by the governor the law says districts must provide each student with access to in-person instruction at least 40-percent of the week and each school must be open to some form of in- person instruction at least 80-percent of the week.

This takes effect march 29.

The education department says districts can only use n-t-i days when all students must work from home and if a district requires more than five days off after march 29th, it must cancel school and extend the school calendar.
