Mariannette Miller-Meeks’ narrow win over Democrat Rita Hart was certified by a bipartisan state group, Hart has made an unusual petition for the House to investigate her claims that a number of contested ballots should have been counted.
These ballots, Hart says, would instead win her the House seat for Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District
