USF set for Elite 8 battle with Bethel

The Saint Francis men's basketball team is set for an Elite 8 match up with conference foe Bethel on Saturday.

Hoops...they say magic happens in march pete... and apparently that applies to the naia as well...yeah... if upsets in the ncaa tourney weren't enough for you...there have already been four upsets in the naia tournament's eight games...that includes fort wayne's own saint francis cougars...u-s-f knocking off eighth seeded stillman by two yesterday to advance to the elite eight...where they will meet up with crossroads league foe bethel... who pulled off the stunning 16 seed over a one seed upset against indiana wesleyan last night...the cougs and pilots split their regular season series this year...and if the cougs hope to continue their magical run on to the final four, they'll have to shut down bethel's leading scorer and north side grad trevion crews, who averages 25 points per game..
