Hijab-wearing firefighter feels proud 'to have broken down a barrier'

Uroosa Arshid, 27, has achieved her childhood dream of becoming a firefighter.

Now she wants to encourage others not to let the colour of their skin, their gender or their faith be a barrier to reaching their goals.
