Joel and Freida Wegener are the parents of 10 kids, two of which have down syndrome.

Joel and Freida have looked for ways to include their kids, Mary and Josh, in the family business, so they bought the ice cream truck called “Special Neat Treats.” All the prices are in even amounts to make counting change easier.

They go to neighborhoods in Loveland and the surrounding area but also are available for birthday parties and special events.
