Two days after 28-year-old Jasmyn Beatty’s body was discovered behind a Framingham apartment building, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan said on Thursday that because of the nature of her injury, "which was a significant slash wound to the back of the neck", the death is being ruled a homicide.
