Maroš Šefčovič says the EU is at a "crossroads" in its relationship with the UK, due to failed talks on the Northern Ireland Protocol.
The European Commission vice president added the EU would "not be shy in reacting swiftly, firmly, and resolutely" to ensure the UK fulfils its obligations.
