A puppy helped a cheetah at a zoo in San Diego, US, overcome a genetic condition that affected the growth in its front limbs.
Ruuxa underwent an operation to correct his leg growth and Rayner, the puppy, formed an adorable bond with him.
The young cheetah now takes part in a cheetah run where he is able to show off his speed to spectators.
"There hasn't been any challenge that Ruuxa hasn't met or surpassed any goals we have set for him as his training staff," one of Ruuxa's keepers said.
