President Joe Biden made history Thursday, designating June 19th as a federal holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States.
Juneteenth is now also an official state holiday in New York and New Jersey, and a special celebration is being planned in Asbury Park; CBS2's Nick Caloway reports.
