Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says the UK is heading "for a summer of chaos" amid rising Covid-19 cases and members of the public self-isolating.The Prime Minister said he "understood" frustrations, but pointed to the practice of isolating as one of "a few real tools" against the virus.
