A strong cold front will sweep through the area this afternoon and evening, sparking a ling of potentially strong thunderstorms. Damaging winds are the biggest concern, while hail and even an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out.
If storms become severe they will be moving quickly through the area from NW to SE.
