PM on Sunak's Budget: A fiscal meteorite we cannot ignore

Accused of "record level public spending" in next year's Budget, Prime Minister Boris Johnson says his party has had to deal with a "fiscal meteorite" as a result of having to "look after" families during the coronavirus pandemic.

Mr Johnson adds it's now time to "fix it" by making investments that will "drive productivity and growth".
