After a lot of consideration, I decided to go back to doing 5/3/1.

What can I say?

I like simplicity, hahaha 🤷🏻‍♂️.

I am still recovering from a lower back tweak, and my neck has been bugging me as well, for the last week or more This, on top of not doing any high rep work for Deadlifts in a few weeks, and just getting out of my deadlift funk, makes me pretty satisfied that I was able to match my previous rep total.

My garbage speaker decided to crap out on me right as I was about to do the set, so the music was not as loud as I wanted it to be, which ticked me off.

I think I was definitely more tired after this one though; gassed out pretty quickly.

But I am happy, regardless.

On a better day, I think I could have easily surpassed it.
