Microsoft has released a new monthly rollup for Windows 7, the operating system that’s no longer being supported for consumers. Windows 7, which was officially released in 2009, is currently unsupported, as it reached the end of life in January 2020. Since then, Microsoft has only supported the operating system for computers that are enrolled in the Extended Security Update (ESU) program, a program exclusively available for companies willing to pay for custom updates. This month’s rollup is KB5008244, and it comes with three big changes, including an update to support the cancellation of daylight saving time for 2021 for the Republic of Fiji.
