Three tribal governments in Western New York could receive federal support in a new Covid-19 pandemic program that has targeted Native Americans. Representatives from the Seneca Nation of Indians, Tuscarora Nation and Tonawanda Nation said they are reviewing the federal package before deciding to seek any of the funds.
