Target Corp. said Thursday it is expanding its same-day grocery pickup service to more states this month and most of its stores by the holidays. In a limited debut, the service delivered strong returns for the retailer in a quarter marked by frenzied, pandemic-fueled shopping. Minneapolis-based Target (NYSE: TGT) said the service would be available in 400 stores in the Midwest by the end of June. The company hopes to have grocery pickup available in 1,500 of its 1,800-plus stores by the holidays.…
