Developer Todd Michael Glaser and his wife, Kim Glaser, bought a historic mansion in Palm Beach for $17 million. William H. Eberhardt sold the 9,028-square-foot home on the 0.9-acre site at 127 Dunbar Road. It’s two lots down from the beach. The deal included $15 million in seller financing.
