Celebrity homes: Julia Roberts and Danny Moder sell Kauai estate for $20M

Actress Julia Roberts and her husband, Danny Moder, have sold their beachfront Kauai estate across from the National Tropical Botanical Garden’s Limahuli Garden and Preserve to a Miami entity for just under $20 million, or about twice what they paid nearly 12 years ago.
