301-unit Reserve at South Pointe apatment complex sells to New Jersey company

An affiliate of Read Property Group LLC recently sold the 301-apartment Reserve at South Pointe community to Hudson Equities Management Corp., a New Jersey firm making its first foray into the Kansas City market.
