Meal kit company Blue Apron Holdings Inc. said it plans to raise $78 million in equity capital and eliminate shares that carry outsize voting power. As part of the plan, the company’s co-founder and chair, Matthew Salzberg, and director Barry Salzberg have resigned from the board.
