Everett man accused of stalking ex and her boyfriend, shooting the boyfriend at his Kirkland home

Zachary Rudland, 44, has been charged with first-degree assault, accused of shooting a Kirkland man in January. Since then, Kirkland police say they discovered Rudland was stalking his ex-girlfriend and the shooting victim, who is her current boyfriend.
