Scientists desperately searching for Ebola cure

Scientists at Vanderbilt University Medical Center say they are working day and night in the lab isolating antibodies from the blood of Ebola survivors to potentially treat the virus. Meanwhile, labs all over the world are developing and testing a myriad of other experimental treatments. CBS News' Susan McGinnis reports.
